Chutney's & Relishes
Our delicious Range of Chutney’s and Relish will add a distinct savoury element to
every hot or cold savoury dish. Serve as a condiment for the whole family or treat
yourself to yummy chilli jam in a sandwich or on toast and at lunch add so many
different flavours to a Hot Jacket potato, or to salad, with cheese and ham and so
much more.
Gorgeous Indian Fruit Side Dish (Chutney)
This delicious Fruity chutney is packed full of wonderful fruity flavours and will
enhance any starter or main course, and also great on cheese, ham potatoes and
cold meats. Not too hot, but full of flavour.
Ingredients
Figs, Apricots, Sultanas, Raisins, Currants and Apple with Red Wine
Vinegar, onions and a host of Indian spices and herbs, gluten free flour and dark
brown sugar.
Magical Mediterranean (Chutney)
This delicious and uncompromising chutney matches perfectly well with so many
basic foods and will add a zinging flavour to most dishes. Use your imagination and
run wild with this incredibly tasty chutney.
Ingredients
Red and yellow peppers, onions, fresh ripe chopped tomatoes,
aubergine, courgettes, garlic, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves salt, paprika, malt
vinegar and granulated sugar.
Majestic Mango (Chutney)
No Indian dish is really complete without this classic chutney. It’s gloriously sweet,
tangy flavour compliments the warm taste of Indian spices perfectly, but it is equally
good scooped up on a fried poppadum. It’s also delicious served with chargrilled
chicken, turkey or duck fillets; with potato wedges and soured cream or spread on
cheese on toast.
Ingredients
Mangoes, Cooking Apples, Onions, Distilled Malt Vinegar, Demerara
Sugar, Garlic, Ginger and Salt
Kashmir (Chutney)
In the true tradition of a typical Kashmiri Country Store, we will find the perfect
ingredients for this truly aromatic gentle chutney and a recipe passed down to me
from three generations.
Ingredients
Eating Apples, Garlic, Malt Vinegar, Dates, preserved Stem Ginger,
Raisins, soft light Brown Sugar, Cayenne pepper and salt.
Red Hot Tomato and Chilli (Relish)
I always make this lovely chutney during the Summer months when tomatoes are at
their best and pepper are plump and plentiful.
INGREDIENTS:- Ripe Skinned tomatoes, red onions, red bell peppers, fresh hot
chillies, granulated sugar, red wine vinegar, mustard seeds, paprika and salt.
Sweet Chilli Jam (Relish)
Don’t be fooled, Jam could send you on the wrong path with our sweet CHILLI JAM.
Truly delicious on cold meats and poultry, or in a sandwich or even on toast to set
you on fire for the day. So versatile, this sweet chilli jam is always a staple in any
food cupboard or as I say, the larder!
INGREDIENTS:- Bell peppers, Red chillies, onion, garlic, white wine vinegar, water
and salt and Sugar.
Red Onion Marmalade (Relish)
This wine enriched relish is absolutely perfect for so many delicious dinners,
lunches and sometime breakfast! It’s truly magnificent with Christmas Dinner or for
our friends across the water, Thanksgiving.
INGREDIENTS:-Red Onions Olive Oil, soft light brown sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Red
Wine, Mustard seeds, Ground Ginger, Port, salt and black pepper.
Sweet and Sour Pineapple (Relish)
One of my favourites is this delightful sweet and tang pineapple relish. It’s great with
burgers and hot dogs and a must have for any BBQ.
INGREDIENTS:- Fresh Pineapple chunks, spring onions, sat and pepper, white wine
vinegar, chillies and sugar.
Sweet and Tangy Sweetcorn (Relish)
What a wave of sunshine this delicious relish brings to every table. Wonderful fresh
kernels of yellow delight made into a relish that will cheer up every table at any
party.
INGREDIENTS:- Fresh corn off the Cobs, white cabbage, onions, Malt vinegar,
golden granulated sugar, Red Bell peppers, gluten free flour, mustard powder,
turmeric and distilled malt vinegar.
Very Hot Red Pepper and Chilli Sauce (Relish)
If you are looking for something to heat up the flavours of mincemeat, minced
poultry or any sauce that matches well with Rice, Pasta or Potatoes, then this is for
you. Not for the feint hearted and keep a bottle of water at the table…
INGREDIENTS:- Red Bell Peppers, Hot scotch bonnet peppers, Chilli peppers,
onions, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper, sugar and a mix of coriander and
household blend of spices.
Thick and Soft Mushroom (Relish)
If you want a versatile Chutney, then Mushroom will suit you. It’s not
only great with Cheese and cold meats but try it hot on a jacket potato.

INGREDIENTS: A wide variety of Mushrooms, Red peppers, and cooking
apples. Tomatoes, Root Ginger Raisins, sultana’s Vinegar and Brown
Sugar.
