high-quality fruits and top-branded alcohol. Completely homemade and

Strawberry and Gordon’s Pink Gin
Delicious Fresh Organic plump strawberries, gently mashed to infuse the full flavour
of a Pink Gin & Tonic.
INGREDIENTS:- Fresh, locally sourced organic strawberries with Sugar, Lemon,
Fever Tree Tonic and Gordon’s Pink Gin.

Sweet lemon jam with Gordon’s Gin and Fever Tree Tonic.
Gin and lemon with a slice and ice. This perfect tipple is delicious with a high tea
with a little twist.
INGREDIENTS:- Fresh Organic Lemons, full of juice and just perfectly partnered with
Fever Tree Tonic, Gordon’s lemon gin and Sugar.

Sweet Orange Jam with Gordon’s Gin and Fever Tree Tonic
This is the first drink I ever tried and I thought it tasted like orange juice with a tang.
It may be considered old fashioned but sometimes memories creep up on you and
the years roll back.
INGREDIENTS:- Fresh orange, Sugar, Spanish Oranges, Gordon’s Orange flavoured
Gin and Fever tree tonic.

Cherry with Couvoisier Brandy
Hmm on a Autumn windy day, this Jam is just perfect on cereal, porridge or toasted
baps toast or buns. Warms the cockles of your heart, and still a perfect summer
pick for BBQ’s
INGREDIENTS:- Fresh Organic whole cherries and the juice with Sugar, Lemon and
Courvoisier Brandy.

Pineapple and Deadmans Finger Rum
Delicious Organic Pineapple with the juices used alongside Fresh Pineapple juice
and added to the warm Rum. This will take away the chills at any time and again still
great for colds and sniffles. Great also at BBQ’s and Parties for something really
different.
INGREDIENTS:- Fresh Organic Pineapple, Sugar, Lemon and Deadman’s finger Rum.

Strawberry Daiquiri
On a hot sunny day in Barbados where I was lucky enough to be getting married, my
best man asked me to try a Strawberry Daiquiri and I was absolutely blown away. It
was sweet crushed strawberries with rum and ice and I’ve been sold ever since.
INGREDIENTS:- Fresh Organic Strawberries, soaked in Rum and gently crushed to
expose all the wonderful sweetness. Sugar, Lemon and White Rum.

Raspberry Daiquiri
So here I still am in the Caribbean, sipping cold drinks on a white sanded beach
when the waiter offered me a Raspberry Cocktail. It blew me away and it’s not for
the faint-hearted. I doubt it will cause you to feel inebriated, but maybe slightly if you
have the whole jar.
INGREDIENTS:- Fresh Crushed Raspberries with Lemon and Sugar together with an
alcohol mixture of Rum. Happy Days.

Strawberry and Vodka
One cold winter evening, I was shivering and had a bad cold. My husband
suggested some rum, but it is not a favourite of mine. He mixed it for me with some
strawberry cordial and I fell asleep and had a good night. Always helpful when you
have a cold.
INGREDIENTS:- Crushed Strawberries, Sugar, Lemon, bottled water and Smirnoff
Vodka.

Amazing Whole Cherries with Kirsch
Not a lot of people know the beautiful flavours of Kirsch that together
with Cherries make an adorable jam for all occasions.
INGREDIENTS:- Whole pitted dark cherries with Fever Tree Tonic, Lemon, sugar and Kirsch.

Raspberry with Gordon’s Gin and Fever Tree Tonic
If you like something not so sweet but still sweet enough, our Raspberry Jam is
perfect and if you like pink gin, you will love this lovely combination.
INGREDIENTS:- Sweet and Sharp plump Raspberries with Lemon, Sugar, Fever Tree Tonic and Gordon’s Gin.

Perfect Peach with Schnapps
Pop open the jar of Peaches and Schnapps Jam at your next Summer Picnic,
Garden Party or BBQ. Great little treat and something totally new and scrumptious.
INGREDIENTS:-Fresh diced and crushed peaches with Sugar Lemon and Schnapps.

Black Plums and Deadman’s finger Rum
I love fresh plums and I adore picking them and smelling their fresh intoxicating
smell. To keep the amazing Plum flavour, I make a variation of Plum based Jams,
including this one for a more mature taste.
INGREDIENTS:- Freshly picked Plums with Sugar Lemon, Cherry Juice and
Deadman’s Finger Rum.

Mandarin and Clementine Liquor
What a showstopper this Jam is! Beautiful Mandarin segments with a
twist. Perfect Jam for Summer.
INGREDIENTS:- Mandarin with a twist of delicious Clementine Liquor.

Malibu Cocktail with White Rum
For an added twist, scoop some of this jam and add it to ice cream or any
dessert for a Caribbean delight.
INGREDIENTS;- Passion fruit, Mango Papaya, pineapple and a good dose of white rum all make up
a delicious party jam.

Raspberry Jam with Sapphire Gin
INGREDIENTS:-Plump large raspberries with sugar, lemon and Fever Tree Tonic with a good dash
of Blue Sapphire Gin.
